Hey Dave, I thought you were an ex-employee. Can't make up your mind???? Why do you want people to contact you by email...??? All that is done is insults not mention the changing of the web site to reflect the email messages being sent. Why don't you provide a phone number??? Let me guess, you don't want it traced???? Hey, I know I've asked you for your home address here in Dallas, why don't you send it to me so that I can contact my local police and let them know and of course I can also let the Texas Attorney General's office know as well. That's if you are truly in Texas!!!! Hum, if you are, I wonder if your committing FRAUD in Texas as well!!! Don't worry about sending me your address, they can link you to where ever you are.....

You could have contacted us from day ONE by email. You were given the correct email address on multiple emails that we sent you. You don't need any phone number. Not sure where all these "bad" addresses you claim exist are coming from..... Our website and email address haven't changed in 10 years! Maybe you are confusing us with another website. Regarding the refund. Refunds are only guaranteed IF you follow the refund policy. So, we suggest you contact us via email. You were to save ALL emails we sent you....

Andrea: I was in the same position with a company and the worst thing you can do is to sit back and take it. This is what I have been doing. First contact the Better Business Bureau where the company is located. Their website address is www.bbb.org. Then contact the Attorney General in the state that the company is doing business. Some of the BBB offices will give you the phone numbers for the Attorney General offices. Where money was traded they are in trouble. I tracked a company to 3 different states and reported the company to the BBB in all 3 states and Attorney General's in all 3 states. I am brutal to deal with. Most of all document, document, document. I kept everything and forwarded a copy of all of my documentation to the Attorney General. The heat is on because all of a sudden the guy wants to talk about my loan. Don't give up. Be a pain and just report the people to the authorities. Persevere and make the company pay and deal with the legal entities of life. It's like I told the guy I want my money and I want it now. He can either deal with me now or we will see what the attorney and court system says. He didn't like the idea at all. But be a huge pain.
