Golden One Benefits, Golden One Financial ripoff, Took $229.95 out OF MY BANK ACCOUNT, PROMISED CREDITCARDS, BUT THEY LIED, I CALLED THEM, THEY HANG UP ON ME! SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE New York
ON AUG.26 2005, Golden one benefits took $229.95 out of my bank account after they promised me two credit cards with 5,000 limits, I have called them several times only to be told to "call back in 10 minutes for a manager" then they hang up on you. After calling back again they have said many different responses, such as "give it 15 more days" , "manager is not in" or after you tell them the problem about not receiving the package they promised they say they are a manager then they are not,Or "some one will call you back" - which never happens, they are very rude, In November they also said they would credit my account in 15 days, which never happened, I think these scam artists need to be dealt with, they are ripping off alot of people. Please hELP, (I'M A SINGLE MOM OF 3 KIDS and really couldn't afford to get ripped off for that money)
