I went into the Good Feet Store because the advertizing led me to believe they were a reutable company. I needed orthotics due to a foot condition called PTTD. I was surprized that the only diagnosis and sizing tool was a foot print on a pad,(the samemethod used by shoe stores). I was assured that the employee was a trained orthist and I was so desperate for relief  I purchased the extremely expensive orthotics. I wore them according to instuctions and found that they were giving me a blister. My physical therepist told me that orthotics should immidiately provide foot comfort. The woman at the shop told me he did not have her level of training and he was wrong. I couldn't convince her to exchange the orthotivc for another one until I showed her the blister. The next set she gave me caused so much pain and inflamation that I was forced to seek medical attention from a podiatrist who put me in a boot for 8 weeks. He had to fit me for a new orthotic. This  orthotic relieved the pain and only cost      $ 300.00. I tried to returned my Good Feet orthotic after seeing my podiatrist. They would only give me store credit. I am not able to use anything they have in the store,so I am out almost $900.00. The store owner was rude and uncaring. His only remark was we have "no refund" signs all over the store. His attitude was very unprofessional. I have since tried to speak with them via a letter and e mail and have had no response.I believe tis product is a scam because you can't return it when you discover they don't have proper training to help you.Now I am in worse shape with no recompense from this company.
