When I vetted Chris Harrison concerning his property management company he made various assurances concerning providing stellar customer services, professional account managers, and 24 hr response times to any communications by homeowners.Has changed his tune, now saying 72 hrs is the "new timeframe" that requests are to be honored. What a shyster!! No shame at all on his part! After HOA board hired him , our experience has been horrifically abysmal. Homeowners trying up to 15 times to get a response from "account mgr" ,with no success! Miserable attitude by Harrison when confronted about his betrayal of the honest dues paying homeowners of this condo association. The man refuses to "come clean" and act professionally, now that his company, for the moment, has a contract. This man or his company are not to be trusted! Period.
