googlemoneytree.com Charge your account, say can't reverse charge THE DAY they charged you and will not let you speak to mgr, PERIOD! Las Vegas Nevada
I ordered a "kit" and they signed me up for e "free week" of their website. All i had to do was pay $3.88 for the shipping...THAT was on 11/6/08.
The email they sent said "Welcome to Google Money Tree! We want to welcome you as our newest client, and let you know that your Google Money Tree Kit is on its way.
While you are waiting for your kit, and during your free trial, you have unlimited access to the Members only website googlemoneytree.com. "
I had a virus and couldn't access my computer at all! When I finally, got my computer up...I recieved the email referenced above. On the 13th, they charged my account $72.21!! Unlike anyone else, they actually count the day you sign up, so it is not actually a full week.
When you call, they will tell you that the managers DO NOT speak to anyone! I couldn't believe my ears! AND..... they CAN NOT reverse the charges..."because it is in their terms and conditions". This was all before lunch! So much for good customer service or doing the right thing. Even thought they could see that I never got to use the "free" website.....they did not even care because they got their money. If they were a reputable company, they would do the right thing and refund my money...it hasn't even cleared my account, it is pending, yet they can't reverse it.
Oh, they did manage to charge my account the shipping charge on the 7th but I have yet to recieve their kit! They are quick to charge but that is about it!
I don't know how they sleep at night! They give legitimate internet companies a bad name. I had always thought a lot of google....not anymore and I will tell any and everyone I can think of, but I'm sure they don't care, they got my money and I'm just one person!
