I purchased 8 gooseneck outdoor light fixture from Northern Tool + Equipment August 2014 from thier web site. The items were not very cheap. In line with other market prices but I decided to purchase from this company thinking they are a "big" and established company. Well I was 100% wrong. The service is a joke. The quality was junk. It looked and felt cheap. My contractor refused to install them. I purchased the following so you all know to avoid them:
2 pieces NPower Multi-Mount Warehouse Barn Light — 16in. Dia. for my awning
2 pieces NPower Multi-Mount Warehouse Barn Light — 12in. Dia. for my seating area
6 pieces Angled Sign Light with Shade — 10in. Dia.for my sign
Beware KOTULAS sells the same junk. They must be part of Norther Tool.
And to make thing worst they will not post my product reviews on thier site. SHAME on them. They only post positibe reviews. I wrote them 4 times since September in regards to my reviews and no reply. The same ba service I experencied when trying to return the fixtures.
I checked other rip off reports and found I was not the only one. And they have so many other complaints I am not sure how they are still in business.
Avoid this place.

I also purchased outdoor "gooseneck" wall mounted light fixtures for my commercial building. I don't know which is worst...the service from Northern Tool + Equipment or the gooseneck sign barn lights! Beware they also operare under the name Kotulas. Avoid this place
