.

I contacted GoTelemarketing.com and placed an order of 20 confirmed Medicare Supplement appointments for $500.00 with a business check (They would not accept a credit card because you can dispute a fraudulant charge).  GoTelemarketing guaranteed these appointments to be delivered accordingly to my defined schedule and send them to my email address. This was to start December 15th 2010.  The first 10 appointments during open enrollment where sent to the wrong email address so I never got them in time.  Then in January 2011 they were to resume the appointment service for Medicare Advantage/Supplements.  These appointments where to comply with CMS Age-in rules (2 months before DOB and 30 days after DOB of 65), the prospects would not own an Advantage or suppliment plan and have part A & B (within 30 days).  So far none of the appointments have conformed to these simple rules. Not one. I have returned everyone of them except one.

All of the appointment prospects have told me repeately:  they could hardly understand the caller, told them they have currently have a med sup or advantage plan now, and they did NOT want to see an agent.  YEAH.  Many times I have walked up to the door only to be have the appointment prospect be angry I even showed up. Very humilating event.

On more than one occation (every day) I have called in a credit refund, change appointments to Final expense instead.  First they said yes we will do that. Then Destiny McCoy sends an email saying "once an order has been placed it can not be changed to another service".  Their contact does not state this at all. Only that they will not refund your money if you are dissatisfied with the service.  Had I read the contract print carefully I wouldn't have signed up at all.

Gotelemarketing doesn't state in their contract that they use a call center in India. That the callers barely speak english, that appointments are passed out without qualifing properly.  No quality control other than confirmation of address of prospect.

This has been the biggest waste of my money, time, and gasoline this year.  I no longer have any expectations of receiving a "qualified CMS Age-in" appointment from this organization.

Please, spread the word to any agent you know to NOT enter into a contract or give them money for their appointment services.  They need to go out of business.

It's like being victum of a "bunko Fraud" scam.  So, if you are looking for an appointment service for your insurance business you might try looking at (((REDACTED))). Talk to Ryan. Their services are high quality and you can hear the call via MP3 voice recording sent to you prior to your call.  Wow. What a change for the better.

Bottomline, DO NOT USE Gotelemarketing.com unless you just want to waste your money.
