We are not a business, company or a for-profit organization. I'm a one-man operation that provides a free, no-fee niche auction site out of my own pocket and with my own time. I protect my members by dealing with frauds and troublemakers, such as this person. This person emailed people the most horrific things, sent private messages that were just as bad and posted countless messages in our forums that are not only grammatically frightening but far too offensive to repeat here. This is a person who joined our site with no intention but to call a bunch of people filthy names, insult people, defraud them and then b***h and moan when she was banned for that behavior. After being banned, this person created at least a dozen accounts to circumvant being banned, bid on items without intention to pay, constantly harassed both myself and other members and generally disrupted the site for a full year after being banned. Talk about having much persistance and no life! The information this person complained about is actually a link to publically available information that anyone could have acquired using google and the internet based whitepages. Additionally, the information was linked to from within a PRIVATE forum for MEMBERS only. It was not made publically available. And the information in such cases as this is provided to prevent other members from suffering fraud by repeat offenders. In cases such as this one, posting snips of this information helps buyers and sellers avoid being ripped off by this person when they create additional accounts with various names, because while some information is changed, there is enough of a thread for other members to put the clues together and realize that there is potential trouble before being burned by a troublemaker. As this person has threatened to do in a number of emails, they should go ahead and contact my local police agency, her local police agency, the FBI, our local news media and whoever else she would like. I would also encourage her to contact a lawyer and seek legal counseling before throwing around ridiculous comments about "internet law".

There are many other people who have problems with this company also.
