Prior to my traveling for holidays. I bought a  travel insurance from an internet company called Gouda travel Insurance http://www.gouda-erhverv.dk.
While on holiday  I had an incident  and fell ill . And I made contact with the insurance company informing them about this.
and it has been a nightmare ever since.

Gouda insurance has been  prosponing and procrastinating helping me in several months.
At one point they said they had tried calling my  homeland doctor  for a month in a row without getting in contact with him as  to verify that I have never had the same illness that I was getting treated for while on holiday vacation.
I called my homeland doctor, to verify this and he replied that was untrue. 

In the mean time Gouda requested I speak with their own  doctor in Denmark and this person they said was a doctor was actually a nurse  who had no  cardiological medical practice according to her  

 
After several months of back and forth discussion with Gouda travel insurance, Gouda Insurance finally  agreed to issue me a return ticket  back home as part of my compensation claim filled with the company in dec 2009 but without  covering the transportation fees to and from the airport .
 
I informed Gouda insurance that on the companies internet  website that it states that am actually  entitled to  transportation fees coverage and  that I was also entitled to the right of being able to  speak  with a qualified doctor at my request with Gouda travel insurance covering the expenses.
To this  Gouda Insurance had refused to comment this .

Gouda Insurance had since abandoned me refused to answer my calls, pay my hospital bill or pay for my transportation nor air ticket back home.
In my view the fact that the company would advertise internet false marketing strategies in order to attract customers is not fair, it is  misleading and  deceptive;.
