I ordered a cook book online and after I completed the order multiple pop-ups kept appearing asking if I wanted to order this, that and everything. After saying no to at least 10 of them I finally just X'd out and closed the browser.
My cook book arrived in a large box accompanied by multiple other items I didn't order. When I contacted the company they said I ordered them but couldn't prove it and said if I wanted to return them I would have to pay the postage.
In situations such as these the law states that I do not have to return the items, since they can't prove that I ordered them, but since they have my charge card number I feel it's safer to go ahead and pay the shipping back to the crooks. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this company.
This is only one of many complaints about this company.
