Complaint Review: Government Commerce Group - Orlando Florida

It's shameful what has happened to the internet.  Freedom of Speech has become Freedom to Trash. Any competitor, any misinformed person, anybody with an agenda, anyone who wants to extort, can simply post anything they want and trash a company that has never had a single blemish. You haven't raised a complaint about The Government Commerce Group. You haven't used your last name. You're anonymous. And the anonymity has allowed you to freely besmirch and harm innocent people who have spent a lifetime doing work in the public sector, the private sector, charitable work, and lot's of good things. You've never met them. They don't even know who their attacker is, except for a first name. All because the Internet allows this kind of disgusting and dangerous forum without any checks and balances. Enough is enough.

I could post my birth certificate here but why bother. Because you lie and hide, you think everyone else does. Here is the truth:

I am not afraid of anything or anyone because everything I have said is true and we have proof. My brother and I often do jobs together so I attended a workshop with him in Texas. He bought the 3 day class from Steinberg, the "B2G Founder".

He went to the class taught by Wes Fue, Larry Bldsoe (who was sued too by the way) he said he was the co/founder of B2G with Steinberg. It was early 2009 in Dallas.  My brother could not buy what they were trying to sell him in the class and the Vanessa person was very very nasty to him. She took him outside to talk to him about getting contracts and all she told him was she could not help him if he did not pay for her to work with him.

The state of Texas called my brother about the class. When B2G was sued we finally checked out B2G, too bad we did not do it earlier. Our bad. Now when we are still looking for help we found GovCom and BAM! they are the SAME people. We checked with Texas and they told us YUP their information is Steinberg is at it again. All I can say is you better stay out of Texas!

And everywhere else, you better be careful...here they go again! What's funny is that I went to your website again today after your note, and hey! what happen to everyone? Did they cut out and run again cause they were called out?  Again...where there is smoke....

I don't care who you think I am or am not. Our business could use the $3000 my brother blew on the lies you sold him, whoever YOU are.  My name is Janus (Janie) my brother is Franco and you people did us wrong. You can say whatever you want, THAT is the truth.

I suppose I could produce my birth certificate but that would be giving you too much importance. You on the other...protest too much! Like I said, where there is smoke...

Here is what I know is true: Everything I said is correct and truthful, I went to one of these meetings with my brother in January. Fred Steinburg convinced him to buy this class. His teachers were Wes Fue and the other guy who is in the suit, Larry Bldsoe and Vanessa Braxton. My brother was interviewed by the Texas Attorney General staff plus we know other people who complained so we know what is going on. 

You all have lots of people who hate you for what you ALL have all done at one time or another. You can give yourselves fancy titles and resumes and try to hide your roles, but you are all guilty of ripping people off. Funny how names and pictures have disappeared from your GovCom web site. I don't know who you think I am or am not, but it doesn't matter. People just need to know who YOU are and that you scam people who don't have money for this junk.

People, if you want to do business with the government, talk to the government. They'll tell you how and all you have to do is pay your taxes!  

Janie, why are you hiding behind a fake name?  If you have no doubt as to the accuracy of the statements in your report why dont you identify who you are? Surely you are not concerned about being sued for libel?  Rhetorical questions, all, because I know you are not a customer and that you do not have a brother in Texas who was a customer, and your report was simply to cause harm to the people named.  And, oh yeah, some of the information in your report pretty much narrows down who you really are and who you are working for.  Nice try.

 First, you have the wrong company. Your claims about The Government Commerce Groups ownership and operation are false and defaming. Lumping together every individual and company and making claims about conduct they never engaged in is not only unfair, but may be harmful to the public which might otherwise benefit from what is being offered by those that have not engaged in improper conduct. Certainly, one should be well-versed in the facts and be familiar with the situation before casting stones.

Again, Janie, you have the wrong company. We also understand that Telligenix is going out with another company name, but it is not The Government Commerce Group.  A little more research might point you to the correct new companys name. The people behind Telligenix are the ones to blame for  problems their customers may have sustained, not GovCom.

The Government Commerce Group is made up of a team professionals that have hundreds of years of combined experience in government procurement. Our staffers have served, trained, consulted and mentored thousands of businesses on working with the federal, state and local government. GovCom without a doubt, can be incredibly helpful to small businesses that would otherwise never endeavor to obtain government contracts. In light of the economy, this can be life-altering for many small businesses.

It would probably be wise to research the individuals presenting the seminars before passing judgment. They are all extremely qualified with a vast amount of experience in the field that they are teaching. Some of these people are former fighter pilots, military veterans, and government employees without a single black mark on their name until you besmirched them. The people you mention in your post acted as Independent Contractors for Telligenix. These people live all around the country, flew in to teach or taught by phone, and flew home. These people were hired job by job, and had nothing to do with the decision making and financial operations of Telligenix.   They certainly cannot be  blamed  for taking money, or ripping  anyone off.  The ICs you mention didnt make the decision to declare bankruptcy and not deliver on services purchased, Telligenix made those decisions! These people never had access to funds. Money was placed into Telligenix accounts, not theirs.

Be very clear, not ONE SINGLE person from Telligenix, or Dynetech with any officer position or ownership is employed by The Government Commerce Group. Not one! Janie, every single negative comment you made is about a company these people did not operate, did not own or even have an ounce of financial information on.

 All the people you mention terminated their I.C. agreements with  Telligenix when they discovered what was happening, and as a result, were never paid thousands of dollars owed to them.  If you would like to verify that information, seek out the Telligenix bankruptcy documents. Each of the individuals or their companys are listed as creditors trapped inside the Telligenix bankruptcy and are owed money. In other words, talk is cheap take a look at the pleadings in the bankruptcy case.

The people you mention are also very angry, not only about their own financial losses, but for the losses of actual students of Tellegenix. Its even more hurtful when people like you have been so wrongfully harmed attack them as if they were the culprits, and they arent.
