There website makes lots of claims of assistance in helping individuals to obtain government grants. They have an on-line form that you fill out to see if you are qualified to recieve a grant.

They then phone you a week or so after you complete this form and tell you of specific grants they have determined you are "GUARANTEED" to receive within as little as six weeks. The person who called me had a foreign accent and claimed to be working in a call center in Miami. She told me of a full money back guarantee if I did not receive the grants promised. They asked for checking account info so that they could do an automatic withdrawl. I refused. She then said that they accepted credit cards.

I was then transferred to another woman who claimed to be their payment specialist. They asked for the card number, mailing address and my date of birth. I refused to provide them with that. They relented and told me that I would be receiving a packet via Priority UPS in a few days.

A week later I had still not received anything. I called their toll free customer service number and the person who answered the phone told me that the packet would be delivered in approximately 11 days from the sign up day.

A week later a packet was brought by UPS with no return address. It contained photo copied pages and a cd rom with a pdf of the US Government's Grant Guide, which you can receive directly from the government for free. There was nothing that mentioned the grants they told me I was eligible for.

I called and was only able to leave messages via their voice mail. I left messages for 5 days and the calls were never returned. I checked with my credit card company and found their charge on my invoice under the name of IGS to a bank in Converse, Louisiana. I reported this to my credit card company.
