The health care tax is for the state budget - when Governor Stickland won't give an accounting of how money is spent at the State Medical Board of Ohio. Governor Strickland apparently doesn't know that cases are carried on for 17 years for the physician being a 'bad patient' and not agreeing to admittedly 'bad' care. There's no bookkeeping, no laws, no oversight. The State Medical Board publishes complete rot about physicians with no patient complaints on the website - information that the Ohio Court of Appeals has thrown out decades ago for no evidence, information that a physician is 'angry' because of care that no one should have to endure being a 'personality problem.' It's not my 'personality problem' to stand up for standards of care - that is my job - it's not an anger management problem - when a patient is in trouble (even me) - I'm allowed to say something based on my degree, and even if there is no money for the malpractice done to a physician-patient - the faults/mistakes need to be outted and stopped. The 'anger' is that Dr. Nice to this day continues bad care, to attempt care after drinking and admittedly 'partying all night,' and to run away from his mistakes and expect the State Medical Board & Hillcrest to deal with it. Dr. Nice, and Dr. Michael Keith, are immature monsters - physicians that the Ohio Court of Appeals couldn't fault as they couldn't get the records. My case, and other false ones, at the State Medical Board of Ohio need to be over - and no more taxes should be allowed until there are some budget cuts in Columbus at State Administrative Boards doing decades of fraud and false investigations. Governor Strickland is a psychologist who allows every abuse of psychiatry & psychology in the book by the State Medical Board of Ohio, and some new abuses never thought of at any other State Medical Board, to be practiced by the State Medical Board of Ohio. Governor Sticland should do some work instead of coming up with a 'heath care tax' for his problems.

The results are going to be the same no matter what. I would have to say that any alleged 'carpal tunnel' you may have is probably from typing all these false reports. You keep forgetting to include some very important links in your tales of woe such as this: http://med.ohio.gov/formala/35050161.pdf so that people can get the whole story. http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/374/RipOff0374522.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/325/RipOff0325519.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/330/RipOff0330124.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/383/RipOff0383736.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/331/RipOff0331399.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/384/RipOff0384729.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/384/RipOff0384765.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/358/RipOff0358870.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/329/RipOff0329263.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/332/RipOff0332688.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/332/RipOff0332122.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/366/RipOff0366042.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/384/RipOff0384920.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/385/RipOff0385263.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/387/RipOff0387129.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/363/RipOff0363750.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/328/RipOff0328642.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/361/RipOff0361519.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/268/RipOff0268648.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/385/RipOff0385630.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/372/RipOff0372660.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/378/RipOff0378373.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/269/RipOff0269685.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/450/ripoff0450379.htm http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/454/ripoff0454084.htm Then there is the famous Delta report: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/269/RipOff0269735.htm

There's every excuse for bad medical care in Ohio tolerated by Mr. Rick Whitehouse in Columbus under Governor Strickland - including the Ohio Board allowing that the male physician can get out of accountability by saying that the double-wrist fractured woman-physician was 'seductive' or 'just crazy' for not liking 'experimental' casts and bizarre comments about the sex life of the physician(s) - the 'understanding' that the woman physician was supposed to have for the male physicians. Governor Strickland is running a cabaret in Columbus - where anything goes for the guys; partying, sex on the side, fractures casted after days of partying. . . No one is seductive with two swollen deformed wrists - you can't apply the glamliner, or even comb your hair, and your mother is driving you around. When women physicians complain, the complaint should be fixed and the care improved, not their medical license taken for not 'going along with the boys.' Counseling doesn't improve tolerance to abuse, harassment, being beaten up, or being miscasted and lied about. Opening 'confidential' files of this rot is the first step in accountability - what is really going on in Columbus that's eating the budget? Governor Strickland thinks that the taxpayer should be accountable, not his oversight or lack of 'sight.' 'Taxation without representation' is what physicians have in Ohio - the Medical Board does nothing about bad care & bad physicians, and Governor Strickland only wants to tax the bad care - the Dr. Nices & Keiths who cause so many complications that patients are healing from wrist fractures for years = lots to tax but none of it legit. Taxing the mistakes in Ohio medical care is what Governor Strickland is doing instead of improving the care and the mistakes. Taking physician licenses for objecting to the 'games' is not ok. Armond Budish just let the Strickland agenda go without addressing the problems = bad government, no oversight, huge waste of lives, careers, and money. Life is a cabaret in Ohio.

Speaker Budish & Governor Strickland want the medical community to keep giving, from new taxes to the health care industry, half or whole version this budget, without offering anything in return - even more long overdue protections for physicians at the State Medical Board level - protections from false accusations, false suspensions & disciplines, and having 'open' physician files so that all can comment and testify on any investigations - to keep physician malpractice insurances with a 'lid on' in Ohio - to keep disciplines 'fair' and under some kind of point system - like in every other state - to allow all the facts instead of talking-head proceedings. This fair return wouldn't cost Strickland and Budish anything to institute - just some ethical thought - but would level the growth of false physician suspensions & disciplines in Ohio = long overdue. Ohio leads the nation in false physician investigations, suspensions and disciplines - no debate there. So in Ohio physicians have to deal with literally limitless physician malpractice insurance (protection against patients, colleagues & the Medical Board), endless false disciplines and investigations, and more taxes than anyone can support - because there is no other 'growth' industry in Ohio as everything at the State Medical Board is 'confidential' - but only for those physicians signaled out to be screwed. The Cleveland Clinic is outting out of this Ohio 'mish-mash' by moving slowly to Florida - and having more 'research' in Ohio - where the elderly really can influence health care policies, protections for their physicians (so they are still in their offices tomorrow), and taxes. Mr. Budish supports 'confidential' even for prophylactic suspensions for a physician objecting to the wrong care of themselves = Ohio has a bad physician patient 'impairment' - when you don't go along with endless pointless surgeries of yourself, no blood work, casts without padding or x-rays and colleagues who party every other weeknight then come down off the alcohol the next day only to go at it the following one again = orthopedics in Ohio who are sober most weeknights are scarce. Members of the State Medical Board who are sober during their 2 meeting days per month are rare. In Ohio physicians have to carry malpractice protections against their own State Medical Board, and can't get their files for any investigation so as to answer the accusations. Physicians, or people that have some other information, can't come forward to straighten out the problems for decades while Mr. Budish and his firm do very well selling that this improves health care for the elderly in Beachwood? Physician complaints at the State Medical Board of procrastination, where the Members can't read or think, commonly go on for 5-10 years or more -fueling physician malpractice costs to the max in Ohio. And currently there's a 'confidential' law about physician complaints which is broken regularly for the 'friend's of Medical Board Members - these physicians go around telling other physicians that they can get their files at the State Medical Board of Ohio and can do whatever care they please to patients - how is that largesse improving health care quality and standards when the 'right' few get to do the sloppiest care in the nation - 'protected' by the State Medical Board of Ohio? So why not have a law that is fair to everyone - not just the 'ol' boys' - that is just 'fair trade' for more health care taxes.
