Graham Hall Ripoff slumlord liar tenants beware! Binghamton New York
fixes properties with paint jobs makes them look appealing to prospective tenants and promises to fix other noticeable problems. never fixes what he says he will sends other people to collect rent money and doesn't return phone calls. I rented from mr hall a property that he was told by housing code not to rent until the house was in compliance with housing code standards. he was sent court notices 3 or 4 times and warrants were issued when he did not appear. when he did finally appear the judge told him i did not have to pay him rent for the time i had lived thier due to the conditions he made my family live in. this was to spite the lies he told about me , the house, my family, damages done letters he said he sent, calls he said he made ect... it didnt fly the judge knew he was a liar. if you do business with this man document everything and i mean every detail, get everything in writing and get a copy of it. NEVER take him at his word! send all corrospondences return reciept requested ect. seriously this man will cheat you if you give him chance.
