Graham's & Son Interiors Wayne Graham Bathroom Disaster Cambridge, Ontario
Our list of complaints include:
- 2 week job took 3 months to complete. Wayne offered $500 compensation for the inconvenience.
- Wayne said although the quote looked high he would only bill for actual costs. Be aware this is not true. He uses base quality supplies form Home Depot. When we disputed the amounts he threatened to put a lien on our house.
- Drains not connected that led to flooding of our dining room. This led to drywall and ceiling damage. Wayne advised they did not need to cut open the dining room ceiling to fix. Subsequently the drain leaked again. Another visit from a plumber was required to fix. This required cuts in the dining room ceiling.
- Plumbing moved to an outside wall with no insulation being put back in the wall.
