She was allowed to return the massage table with NO restocking fees or other charges despite the fact that she simply had changed her mind about the order AFTER it had shipped. Interesting that she filed a complaint before we had a chance to resolve the issue but didn't take the time to update the fact that it had been taken care of. One good thing that resulted from this is that we did put a return/restocking policy in our order section.
