I was also scammed out of $94.89. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. I received the dispute paper in the mail and faxed it to Grants For You Now per request of the person (Terry, male) who I spoke to over the phone from the company. I received an email from Grants For You Now saying that " now that they have the dispute paper, they would only refund my money if I cancelled the claim against them and sent them the paperwork to prove it. I emailed them back and told them that I would fax them the letter as soon as I get it and that I better get a refund ASAP or I will RE-ACTIVATE the claim! Today, 1/14/2009, I received an email back from Grants For You Now stating, " We are here to help you, no more need for threats. We will happily immediately refund you as soon as we receive the claim cancelation letter. Furthermore, you might make the process easier if you can scan the form and email it to us. Sometimes we respond quicker to that." I hope this helps everyone that has been scammed. The only thing to remember is to always read the disclaimers and if it looks to good to be true, it usually is! Also, if you do not file your debit card as lost and request that all action be stopped on that card, they will mail you another one, Grants For You Now will be deducting the $94.89 every month along with some other charges. One more thing, call Grants For You Now and CANCEL your so called MEMBERSHIP!! Good Luck To All !!

I talked to a representative that said that if I filed a dispute with my bank, to have my bank fax them the letter of dispute of the charges and my refund will come in 3-5 business days. Now whether that will happen now is yet to bee seen. Good Luck to all.
