We have attempted to resolve the issue with the shipper but unfortunately the shipper in which items have been delivered conducted a chargeback to his credit card in the amount of $4172, which is more than the refunded amount that has been processed of 3674.67, we have stop the refund process due to the chargeback that we are currently working on, and once the chargeback clears a check will be issued. The customer refused to work directly with us in which we have turned the information to our legal department for proper handling. The shipper was due for a refund of $3674.67 in which we have processed. After receiving a call from our merchant regarding the $4172 charge back we paused the process until the chargeback is resolved. Customer refuses to work directly with us and we have tried several times to contact the customer regarding their refund.
