Thank you for your response. You are the most level-headed and professional individual I have had communication with at your company. However, I have several issues with your view of the transactiosn that took place. In response to your rebuttal, I would like to state the following:
If you represent the legal department for your company, you should contact the client for clarification about the issues at hand. I am more than happy to provide you with documentation supporting anything I said.

As of 12/21/11, Tony Gonzalez, the general manager, found my report on Rip Off
Report and refuses to deliver my items as promised. As I stated before, I
initially received a promised delivery date of 12/17/11 which changed to
12/20/11 or 12/21/11. After Tony Gonzalez found my complaint on the Rip Off
Report site he has threatened to hold items until he feels like returning them.
I explained to him that my daughter's Christmas items are on the truck and we
have been stuck sleeping on the floor because I can no longer afford to pay for
a hotel and he stated "that is not his problem". I told him I have an
email from him indicating my items would be delivered no later than 12/24/11;
however, he said that was the case until I filed a report on Rip Off Report.
Also, my daughter has contracted pneumonia and strep throat since we got here.
So not only does she not get a Christmas because Tony is upset about his
company's unethical business practices, she has to fight pneumonia and strep
throat from the floor of our empty apartment.
I contacted the Broward County Sheriff's Office today and they tried to contact
Tony without any success.
