Briana, If you could not wait for the Green Dot Visa in the mail and you needed the GDV right away, why not use cash for the intended purposes of the card? I have not seen the card in person, but I will try to look for it the next time I am in a Walgreens store to see if the packaging states that the card comes in the mail. I think Walgreens could not provide a refund because the money did not go to Walgreen's bank account but to GDV's bank account. greendotonline.com/Contents/Help.aspx#09 How long does it take to get my new Card in the mail?
