green tree llc misleading , harasing , lying texas
my morgage company gmac transferd my acc to a green tree llc company this year
,, since then its been imposible to deal with this people ,, they take at least 20 min on the phone transfering and transfering ,, finally when u get the department yo actually need the fun begins ,,,
acording to them im responsible for all the paper work they dont hace such insurance reports , escrow moneys this that ,, for 8 yrs ive paid my house with out a problem , now i owe money my insurance is inadequate and my payments need to be made on 1 of the month ,,
bill not due till 17 month and i get min 4 calls a day by the 7day of the month on where is the payment,,,, they even gone as far as sending me an eviction notice and packet on the 10th of jul ,,, consider this ,
my house is worth 184 000, i owe 95000, why would i stop making payments on what i consider almost paid house ,,,,, after 3 days or arguing they finally found the money saying my check had gone to the wrong deparment , when i just found out today 9 august ,, its only one building and severeal operators one deparment and many disrispectful , threatening , non people skills havin chiken heads ,, i know many are having the same problem as me , i hope it gets better for the rest ,
