I got a call about my payment, told the woman I was going to send $1200 the 1st of the month and in the middle of month the rest of $1763.14. Before I finished the part after $1200, she interrupted stating no I needed pay all or get out of the home. I tried repeatedly to speak but was rudely denied right to talk. Since then I kept getting calls from same person and few others who demanded me to pay or get out of the house tactics, which I explained each time how I had tried to set up the best way I could get the 2 payment made before but was interrupted and dismissed in being able to talk and aptly told if I don't care about the home get out. After all this I was offered help in getting my bill lowered and such, but Green Tree wanted my payment or they were not going to be able to work with me, but by the my payments were above $2500 since the fintechservice gentleman told me not to pay anything. Now they are suing me cause I didn't pay. I feel my payments were refused before going with fintechservices and now feel Green Tree has abused me and trying to treat me as I do not want my home. I tried get refinance by Green Tree before Ike and they said they do not do that type stuff. Then tried various other to get refinance but all those wanted land to do a refinance, where I am renting, so had no land to do that. One this house had several faults with it, one it was delivered before the foundation was poured and set, so the mh set un stabled 3 months, mh was damaged due to not being leveled those months and didn't get saetup right once set on foundation. While under warranty many things went unfixed or repaired as needed. Such as the hole made on backside of the house while the moved it again onto the foundation. Many other things that should of been unpassede on inspection were never repaired or fixed during the warranty time either always some excuse or get your husband to do this, am not married. I am tired of the abuse by these companies and inspectors and all this threats since I tried to catch up on my payment, which I was only one month behind. but she talked over me. Not listening at all and I said bye.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly to be one month behind and they are hounding you.  I have been with Green Tree for over 10 years.  At one point I got behind 1 month and they never harassed me but instead gave me a solution as to how to bring up my payment.  I must say it took me a minute to get the payment made but through it all they worked with me.  I don't know if its a certain Greentree location that's harassing you but I deal with the ones in Jacksonville, FL and I never had this problem.  They change my reps quite often but each one that they changed me to was wonderful and easy to talk to.  I gave them respect and they repected me as well.  I am sorry that you and your mom are going to court but I believe it could be for more than 1 payment behind.

I said in my first report how I had tried to make up my late payment and was about to make rest paid up in full but the customer services person interrupted my statement in as such leave if I not care, well not mom and I are being bought into to court with charge for refusing to pay. So take my home, send me jail, make my credit worthless, but here I know whom the real problems are. I refuse to continue to go along with her lies and pay for a badly built home that she felt i not cared for, when I was trying to pay back in janurary and she refused to hear me and stated leave the home if I not want it. I warn everyone not to buy home, mfh or mobile until they see how in past inspectors have let builders get by without correction needed to home even after beern built and sold.

The whole issue is not being looked at, the customer service person cut me off in our conversation as I tried to get caught up by saying if I not care about my home the get out. No they just stating we are refusing payment. I was advised by fintechservices not to pay until they had gotten with greentree and set up a benificial agreement with greentree. It seems fintechservices has become another arm of greentree, now no longer helping me but took my monies and then join greentree in wanting to me tp pay after they said there was no need until they had gotten me a better deal, so guess mom and i got no way of finding any help we will not pay on this because of what Irena at greentree said so guess we lose the house and go to jail. She had no right to interupt me as I said for I was trying ti get ahead.But her bad day has come to this. As far as we can go is to take the home, with it bad build self and all it's issue due to palm harbor's bad building and not concern to fix anything while even under the guarantee years. Americans need stay away from new homes, manufactured homes for the inspectors are letting builders sale bad homes.

Well it seems they care so much about this house I have been served court papers. But would listen to how I would pay them as described beforre and hounded me about it. Just what am I to do now? Get a lawyer and still get ripoff in court.
