Grossinger Chevrolet In Palatine The dealership promised to furnish me a check to pay off my current lease of $3200 and they would have it to me in a week. It is week 4 and still no check. I am late on my car payment and no one will help. Palatine Illinois
I bought a White Diamond 2006 Cadillac DTS about 3 weeks ago. I was still currently in lease for my car. Grossinger ensured me they could help me get out of my lease and I would still be able to purchase this car. They agreed to furnish me a check for $3200 dollars (the remainder of my lease) within one week. This is week four and still no check. I have called many times and even have gone down there for them to tell me several times that the check is in the mail. So here I am with two car payments that I have to pay because the check that was suppose to get me out of the lease is not here.
Not only did they not give me a check, but they sold me a car that was originally a Mary Kay Pink Cadillac that was painted white. They never disclosed that to me when I was buying the car and they said they never new about it. Correct me if i'm wrong, but don't all dealerships run the VIN before accepting cars. That's BS!!!!!!!!!! So here I am with a pink Cadillac and no Check and i'm late on my car payment because I cannot afford two payments. Grossinger is a bunch of snakes and I would recommend nobody go to them.
