Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta gift representatives Jackie, Nananci Martinez and Matt delibertly tricked me. On 9/3/15 I attend a 90 minute sales presentation that lasted 6 hours. At the end of the double talk first half presentation given by a South Africian male sales representative ended up very rude and nasty.
While sidning out and obtaining my airline ticket gift, I learned I had to redeem the certificate, for the airline tickets with a company out of Daytona, Florida named ETTSI Executive Tour and Travel.
I did everything the instrctions told me to do. Severaldays later ETTSI sends me the certificate coupon back stating they could not honor the certificates because it was past 30 days and I could not redeem mulitole certificates.
On the letter there was no telephone contact number just a P.O.Box in Daytona, Florida.
Before leaving I requested a business card from Matt but he wrote his direct phone number down 52-322-226-9491 and Nananaci Martinez just wrote her name. A lady by the name of Jackie wrote an email [email protected] down and I used the email to contact Matt, Jackie and Nananci Martinez but I have yet to receive a response.
According to Exectutive Tours and Travel ETTSI the certificate is invalid and cannot be redeemed. They advised me to contact the company who issued the certificate for a new one.
I sent the travel certificates off to ETTSI 12 days after my visit to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and it was returned to me by October 5, 2015.
Just so it is clear the date on the certificate stated 3/9/15 instead of 9/3/15. In Mexico the date is written day/month/year. Whereas in America the date is written month/day/year. ETTSI should no how the date is wrtten on the certificates. It is a game they play to keep from honoring their agreement. I have airline tickets to show I was there in September 2015.
I tried to upload the letter of decline but it wouldn't upload

It is always best to hire someone skilled to do so, unfortunately in most cases these companies dedicated to cancel timeshares usually cheat for the second time to their customers since they are vulnerable and desperate. If you are thinking of hiring them you just have to make sure you do not have to make any payment upfront ... I found these articles that speak precisely about this, you should read them, that might help you to resolve many doubts:

I hope you can solve your problem, good luck!

Earlier today I updated my report. Chris from ETTSI telephoned me back to say my four airline tickets will be honored and I appreciate the fast turn around that Grand Myan Corporate arrange with Chris at ETTSI Travel in Daytona Beach Florida. I will receive my gifts as promised when invited to see the Grand Mayan Presentation. Now all I require is that the Grand Mayan do a better job in treating guest nicely even if they don't want to spend thousands of dollars on there time share resort. Thanks to all who worked to do right by me.

On the morning of Thursday October 8th I received a telephone call fron Chris at ETTSI the company that issues the airline tickets. He informed mcompany his business only honors one aiticket coupon certificate per custormer household. He was willing to accept the certificate dated 9/3/2015 but not the other. I clarified the procedure once I returned the certificate to ETTSI and understood I would receive an email with a form I would have to return to his Daytona Beach companies address with a payment of $50.00 for airline taxes, plus a $59.00 administration fee in addition to the 4.95 fee I paid when I submitted the coupon certificate. This has to be submiited for each airline ticket. I also have to submit the date I wish to travel and the name of the person traveling with me. Allow me to add Ihave to submit alternative dates just in case the first date isn't available.
The corporate office sent a apolpgy statement on the matter and gave there phone number 800 292 9446 just in case someone needs this number, and I spoke to Ullisses who found my information.
my conversation with Ulstated was about the following:
I was promised 4 airline tickets to attend their presentation but Chris at ETTSI will honor 1 of the 2 coupons.
i was duped by the resort representative when she got me there by stating I would receive a gift of four airline tickets for my time.
I explained had I known I known from the initial contact person that their was a cost of $4.95, $50.00 plus a $59.00 admin fee in addition to having to submit dates that i may or may not get, would have discourage me and I certainly would have not attended a presentation that I was rtalked rudely to.
At this point I don't care to send the certificate to Chris because I have commit to dates I am not sure about And it has to be done by a particular time.
As for the Mayan corporate office, I understood Ulysisses to say he will file a complaint and I can check back to see if ....
I certainly giddy not get a clear understanding of what I should check back with the corporate office. I have been dupeto about attending a presentation, id have to pay &113.95 per airline ticket that Chris over at ETTSI in Daytona Beach Florida has offered to honor. Plus I spent six hours of my vacation timat being convinced how wonderful it is to stay at a Mayan Resorts and have Nuevo Vallarta as my prime home away from home, in Perto Vallarta Mexico. i also spent additional hours writing complaint letters, speaking on the phone to Chris and Ulyssies And writing an update on the oringinal complaint so that all interested parties could read. I am exhausted.
I hope they do more than just aplogize.
