Grubhub FALSE ADVERTISING Atlanta Georgia
I recently moved back to Atlanta, GA. I order from Grubhub.com and I was offered a first time order coupon as I had a new address in the state. OK, I waited for the coupon, it never came. I said, OK, I will use it on the next order. The coupon came after I ordered. Went to use it tonight and it will not let me use it. Chatted with Grubhub Jenny and I was told that I was not a first order client. Really, you offered and I accepted a coupon as a first order client in Atlanta, GA. Deceptive, false advertising. Do not use this service. Z**** is a little more expensive; but, they do not do deceptive advertising like Grubhub.
