Grubhub The whole point of their food delivery service is to make things more convenient for the customer. Attempted to order a sandwich on the phone app. Even though I had entered in all my address data and driving instructions before, I had to re-enter. Took 2 times and 10 added minutes to enter in driving directions for a delivery person - they never took - just kept getting an error message -called customer service-they just wanted me to wait for the driver and navigate him through -the whole point of the service is convenience - after getting horrible and rude service from a call center agent, hung up and called back a 2nd time to speak to a supervisor - no better - just got a "sorry - we'll look into it." I canceled the order - that's 45 minutes of wasted time - should have checked to see all the other complaints against these guys - don't waste your time - they are an absolute JOKE of a business.
