GS & J - GJSurvey.com Ripoff loop screens multiple payment can't contact no refund Indianapolis Internet
I signed up for the paid survey site by clicking onto the "Register Now." I clicked the Paypal icon. Paypal went through instantly and GJ & S Co. were paid.
The screen that came up was the same one on which I had just paid. On the page it says "****Don't forget to bookmark or add the members page to your favorites to gain access to it later or you will have to pay again to regain access.***"
So I tried to write them, explaining the situation. I clicked the "Contact Us" link. I registered for GJSURVEY email updates. I then tried to enter the chat where I found no one was.
I tried the Online Contact Form which led me to "Cannot run the Front Page Server Extensions on this page: "http://www.gjsurvey.com/contact.htm"."
I proceeded to the e-mail address: [email protected]. I was hoping everything else was just a glitch in a new site. I waited for two days to pass and then I tried e-mailing them through the address left on paypal.
The e-mail address: [email protected] was as effective as the other e-mail address. I e-mailed two more times after that simply asking for a link to the members login page or a refund.
They have a statement near the bottom of the home page that states: "GJSURVEY.COM Membership Fee has a 30 day money back guarantee refund policy if you are not satisfy with our service." Bad English for starters, but how can you get your money back when you can't contact them?
I hope someone can help shut them down before anyone else is ripped off. They take credit cards and m.o.'s as well. DON'T fall into this trap!!!

Out of courtesy and living in the area, I did a search on the telephone number you gave. Two companies returned with the same address. Hopefully this will help you get it resolved. The GJSurvey.com has had numerous complaints with mail being returned by the Post Office. Hope this info. helps, here are the two companies: GJ SURVEY P.O.
