just to let everybody know. I did get my money back thanks to my local police department. no help from gun broker period. and it was listed by them? anyway many thanks to the police department!!!!!

there's a thing called a period. You should really learn to use them, they come in quite handy sometimes.

to anyone who has read this just letting you know the guy tried to relist his item under another name and address contacted gunbroker to check it out they kicked him off so they must have seen something there at least keep somebody else from getting screwed right anyway the guys name is john pidgette out of southaven miss so if you see the name stay away from his sale he will screw you over mine has been turned over to the police department wish me luck gun gunroker sent me a e-mail said good eye thanks for the heads up sent back wished you would have done the same for me

oh to be so worldly wise almost godly like did you even look at any of the other reports very unlikey what about the people who did broker there items though gunbroker and got nothing like I stated before gunbroker does nothing to help out people just in it for the money by the way do you work for them

Silly fellow. It WAS a side sale. The seller scammed you. Gunbroker did NOT broker the sale. Why should you hold THEM responsible? I suggest you own up to your own stupidity, and accept responsibility for your actions.
