Guthy-Renker They charged me more than they should hav. They Lied. New Castle Delaware
Basically, they lied to me. They are taking money out of my account and refuse to cancel my order without a return being made. I have not received anything that I can return. My original order was $9.00 (something) and my last charge on my bank account was $63.90 and I questioned that amount. They told me that they could not cancel my "automatic" bank debit until i sent back my last order. Supposedly it was shipped on 9/27/07 but I hav enot received it. They told me that when I receive that latest shipment that I could send it back, but if they don't get it back by the 27th then I would be billed again. My complaint is this---I don't want the product and have asked to have it cancelled and they won't cancel. My only option is to go to the bank and have them removed from my approved payees. If that doesn't work, I will take differant measures. I will not buy anything from this company again.
