Guthy-Renker Spam Masters of the Internet! Palm Desert California
These people are the spam masters of the internet. I have been requesting that I be removed from their spam list for more than three months and they just will not go away! They use an "opt out" system requiring you to type a string of letters to be removed, but most every time you type that string it replies that you typed the wrong string of letters. When you ask for a new string of letters it most often returns it in type so large that the string does not fit in the viewing box; so it cannot be correctly. If you are persistent you will eventually see the "you have unsubscribed" button. Don't believe it. I have successfully "unsubscribed" more than 100 times! Still every day 5 or more spam’s for their garbage.
Yeah, my complaint is kind of petty, but it tells you something that you need to know about this "internet only" company before you attempt to business with them. Along with being completely nonresponsive to any form of communication, they are loaded with petty little things that they will do to rip you off!
