Guttremasters ripoff OK rating on the Better Business Bureau's web-sight 17 claims against them? What?Hawthorne California
Doug Wood of Guttermasters in Hawthorne , California is an abusive and unprofessional man.
His company installed gutters at my house but failed to complete the job. They forgot one downspot as estimated in the bill.
When Doug was called to tell him of the failure of work completion he turned into a raving jerk..threatening me with a lien on my house and hanging up.
5 Days later he sent his workman to finish the job un-announced nor contacted, while I was away at work (Tresspassing?)
Doug then preceeded to harrass me via 6am telephone calls to get his payment. Even tho the gutter work had not been checked-and I never indicated that he would not be paid upon completion of work.
Doug Wood made a simple gutter job into living hell for me. I feel he harrassed me for no reason and acted unprofessionally by not scheduling a return time to complete the work-instead showing up when I was not aware.
I can't believe this company is still in business. The funny part is that they have a "B" rating on the Better Business Bureau's web-sight. Evewn though there are 17 claims against them? What?
