H H Gregg Ultra Bad - NO customer service - Sofa (Ashley Furniture) fell apart, no replacement only 6 months of repairs Ocala Florida

Purchased sofa (Ashley Furniture MFG) -- within a couple of months sofa mechanism broke -- it's taken over 6 months of continuous phone calls and repairs and sofa is still a piece of junk. No replacement sofa allowed because HH Gregg's 30-day store policy.
Price of this piece of junk was $1,200. Our problem is we still have to pay off balance for something that we cannot use.
H H Gregg, Ocala, FL, manager said sorry about that but store has nothing to do with repairs/replacement. His attitude was ... don't bother us, could care less, call the repair number and good bye --very poor manager. How did he get his job anyway.
Will Never buy from H H Gregg again!
