H & R block emerald card is ridiculous! My card has been hacked into several times and they refuse to return my money! They tell me that activity on my card appears to be normal!?!? Is it normal to have money taken off your card and not receive a product or service for it? Much less not even have a clue what I supposedly bought or what these sites are? And it's so convenient that these sites don't have a phone number associated with them. One of them is a ballet wear company. I've never done ballet or been to one!!!! I overspend on my taxes every year with them and this is how they treat their customers. Beware!!!!
