1) customer did not follow stainsafe rules 2) they waited beyond the allowed time to make a claim 3) their animal damaged the merchandise, Stainsafe & no other company covers either animal or child abuse 4)customer was explained this in a nice polite manner 5) consumer was provided all paperwork required to report claim, consumer's responsibility to keep up with paperwork and make their own claim - not dealers fault consumer loses warranty papers 6) we are member of BBB with zero unsettled complaints
