Half.com Unfair shipping allowance Internet
Half.com allows an arbitrarily low amount for shipping of books sold through their web service. To send a book through US Postal Service "Media Mail" from Fort Wayne IN to North Dakota, the USPS rate was $3.95. Half allows $2.64. So I get the short end by $1.31!
I contacted eBay customer service and they suggested that I contact the buyer to see if the buyer was willing to pay more than the posted amount!!
eBay/Half.com needs to get with it and update the shipping allowances to reflect REAL pricing!
