I ordered and received a WAXVAC.

Upon trying to use it.I noticed there is no visabled switch to turn it on and off.

Also,double A batteries donot fit properly in the battery compartment..as they move around inside,and when I tried triple A batteries,they were to big in length to fit

I have tried to communicate to the company via email and I have not received a reply
