Hansons Windows Siding Roofing 1-800-Hansons Lies, Bait and switch, Scam, Unprofessional, Rude!!! Grand Rapids Michigan
To start the sales reps will NOT leave you alone once you show any interest at all. I managed to get them to leave me alone until they talked my family into their SCAM!
Once a family memeber agreed to a sales person visit, it was ALL down hill from there!!!
The sales rep, tells you about the highest quality products (LIES, same product you can get from the nearest lumber yard or home center!!!) ALWAYS read the fine print...the sales rep will tell you that for the cheap price of 10,000 you will get this high quality product - in our case - siding with foam insulation attached to the back side of each siding piece. HOWEVER the paperwork will state - in short - you will NOT get what the sales rep states and HANSONS does NOT honor ANY verbal!!!
You will get a LOCAL company who will buy, install and service the product - Hansons is ONLY a DEALER - NO more and a LOT LESS!!!!!!!
The Hansons rep who will call you constantly will only harasse you AND the company who is installing the product! So Hansons gets paid.
The rep that called us, GARY, did not identify himself (we got his name when WE CALLED and asked for a manager - same voice said "...this is Gary..."), did not/would not identify that he worked for Hansons when HE called to Harasse us, HE sent the WRONG paperwork to the bank, Lied and said we refused to approve the work was done - total and complete lies, we refused to agree to the WRONG paperwork - HANSONS REP ERROR!!!!! He even THREATENED that he would take us to court - over HIS error!!! Until he finally realized it was HIS ERROR. Than he didn't even say he was sorry.
The sales rep states if you find the same product cheaper they will match the price...NO THEY WILL NOT!!!
You sign, you lose!!! ANYONE, ANYONE in your area will be cheaper and you will get the same product and the same craftsmanship and service...because you get the same LOCAL company installing the siding - Hansons DO NOT buy, install or service ANYTHING!!! They are only HIGH priced dealers!!!!!!!!!!
SAVE money and harassement - do NOT deal with Hansons!!!!!!
