It looks like MICHAEL SHASTEEN and his failed bit of HARD MONEY LENDING were certainly profitable, he did so well that he filed BANKRUPTCY, yes folks the astute business mind of MICHAEL SHASTEEN has filed for BANKRUPTCY in THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT EASTERN DISTRICT CASE NUMBER 08-42968. This is the financial wizards SECOND BANKRUPTCY in TWO YEARS.
THE rumor is the UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY TASK FORCE IS currently investigating this crook and his henchman for fraud. THIS deadbeat cant even pay his house or car payment. He IS going to lose his house, the MORTGAGE company will soon be aware of all of the fraud and scams he has been involved with. AND when certain claims get filed in his BANKRUPTCY CASE, he will have that booted too. WHATS the deal with this scumbag????? GET A JOB!!!! MIKE!!!!

Looks like the Bankruptcy Court is catching up with good ole' Michael. It was proven he fraudulently filed his SECOND BANKRUPTCY because the Court is allowing his creditors to proceed to repo his car and sell his house. Let's hope there is some justice in this world for Crooks like Michael Shasteen and his Sasquatch Ugly Wife, Nermina Shasteen.
