Harrington Investments, Inc prides itself on conducting business with integrity and honesty in all cases.  We welcome comments and concerns from our customers as this will allow us the opportunity to continue to exceed customer expectations and improve our services as an organization.  I find it unbelievable that an anonymous person would make such strong false statements without any warranted reason; therefore, I welcome you to contact my office so that I can understand why you made the accusations and what can be done to rectify the situation.  If you are a real person with a legitimate concern, please contact me asap as I can assure you a resolution to any concerns you have...that's just how I do business, the RIGHT way.

You suggested we are scam artists...I can assure you WE ARE NOT involved in any scams and NEVER have been - freedom is priceless.  We don't lure people into believing anything that is not factual, nor do we take advantage of anyone in any way.  If you are a real person with a legitimate concern, perhaps you were misrepresented or given false information by a third party that connected you with our company, as we can not control what others tell you.  If this was the case, we could have helped you resolve your issues had we been informed.

In terms of our homes...we DO sell them at a discount with equity, based on a bank ordered appraisal that is required when obtaining financing.  We DO NOT control property value as the appraisal is an arms length transaction between the lender and the appraisal company.  We sell both renovated and as-is homes; therefore, nothing is claimed to be renovated that isn't factually the case.  Again, this information is very clear in the appraisal report; therefore, it would be very difficult to disqualify the facts.  We recommend due diligence should always be done in any transaction regardless of what company is involved, including us.

Thank you for acknowledging that we ARE STILL buying, selling, and renting homes even in this challenging economy!  As most investment firms have long closed their doors, we are celebrating our 15th year doing business and providing excellent customer service.  I think our 15 YEARS SAIDS IT ALL...you don't do the same thing for that long without happy clients and a successful business model.  You also said I'm good at what I do...thank you, our many satisfied clients feel the exact same way.

By the way, you mentioned I could not be reached after deal was done...well, my phone number has been the SAME for 15 years and my office address not changed; therefore, I strongly disagree with your statement.  I welcome your call; 404-527-6641 has always been the office number and if you've really done business with us, then you know you can find us on Mitchell St in downtown Atlanta.

Again, thank you for your comments as you have every right to voice your concerns; however, please let your comments be supported by facts.  We have worked hard for the past 15 years to earn respect and being known for doing the right things...we don't plan to do anything less but continue to follow the golden rule.  WE ARE NOT SCAM ARTISTS, but we do suggest you and others watch out for them as they do exist out there...if it sounds too good to be true, chances are you should turn the other way and keep moving.
