Complaint Review: Harris County District Attorney & Humble Police Department - Houston Texas

All reports about Humble PD I believe to be right on!  They are a corrupt department. Their police officers take money to harrass people..I HAVE PROOF. I was told anyone with these complaints should file corruption charges with The Texas Rangers.  From what I have found, they oversee & investigation corrupt police departments state wide.  I have copies of checks written to a certain person with HPD that can not be denied..Can't hide checks.  That police officer harrassed people for this man that paid him..to the point a life was lost. I will not stop until I get justice.   I WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED AS TO HOW REPORTING TO THE TEXAS RANGERS GOES.  DON'T GIVE UP!

I am not with Humble PD, although they may know me as well. You have many followers now Ed. Your rants are hard to miss around the net. It really is a small world. We are watching. One thing for sure, we still get death threats and the others never stop trying to discredit us but will NOT publicize our evidence, will they? Please, lets go before a Grand Jury and see if they don't indict some of these Police Officers and Assty. D.A. involved. Lets see if a Grand Jury won't ask the D.A. why she ignored all of this evidence "proof" that violent crimes have been comitted by Police and Officers of her office?

Sir, I do not know you but I do know Winzel and others. This is what Constables are famous for, hiring people nobody else wants who commit offenses but are let go in return for keeping their mouth shut. I could tell you stories of arson, assaults, rapes, and more now employed as Constables. Even drug coverups.  You are 100% right about what goes on and what has gone on with no recourse from the President to the D.A.. I am still threatened to this very day and all I ask is that they let  a Grand Jury hear and see this evidence, not going to happen. Ask yourself why the media won't report it. Wayne Dolcifino had  a.45 put in his mouth when he decided to. Quannel X won't even touch it even though these same Officers have done plenty to his black people. Quannel is self seeking and a coward.

I would love to meet you and share stories. One thing that concerns me is even you when you were wearing the badge ignored people like me asking for help till it came to your front door. I was framed and almost killed with my children becasue I stood up to them. COPS are very dirty. I could tell you stories of Cop Predators on the internet, Cops supporting motorcycle gangs and covering for attempted murder, and so much more. But NOBODY cares. How about a Judges son who becomes  aCop, uses his gun to force male prisoners to have sex with him, is allowed to resign from two seperate deaprtments with no charges and then goes to work for a Congressman. I thought I had friends from Galena Park and Humble but when this came down they all acted like I had aids. Some still tell me I am disgracing the Uniform by telling what hapened, to let it go. They are disgracing the Uniform by covering it up and the Harris County D.A. is the worst in all of this picking and choosing who gets prosecuted and who does not.

To my "friends", old Cop buddies, I hope the promotions and the retirements are worth it guys. You will rot in hell if God is real according to my bible. Thanks for using me. I was always there for them but when I needed help, they all ran like cowards from Humble Politics and the Harris County D.A.. They all got promotions and kick backs though in one way or another.

He sent all my proof to the Justice Dept. who sent it back to the Harris County D.A. saying it is a local matter. I was a Harris County Deputy for Jack Abercia Prct1 Constable. Jack Abercia fired me after I caught Deputy Cindia Torres Gomez stealing Harris County Property from the Harris County ME Office. Deputy Gomez and our supervisor LT Bill Ruland were having an affair and both were married to other people at the time. I had discovered a great deal of illegal activity going on at the medical examiners office that could have put several charges on the table. I was threaten by Ruland many times and told that I need to forget things that I think I know. A name used in the Humble PD officers issue was used on me also. Ruland told me many times that I did not know who I was messing with and that he and Mike Abercia bury all the bodies and I could be next. I also have absolute proof of all I am saying and like the Humble officer said this stuff does go on and no the system does not care. Ruland sent three Deputy's to my home after I was fired at his request. Sgt. Sal Flores an alcoholic that was at work drunk on more than one occasion but brought money into Abercia, Sgt Kevin Fowler an achoholic who had been into issues involving leaving seens with injured people because he was drunk and Deputy Ken Winzel who left HPD over the Kmart scandal and of course ends up at Abercia's. I was contacted by a remorseful Fowler who told me he had info in print he wanted to give me and he advised me the plan was to kill me the day Ruland sent them to my home and to make it clear that I created a violent situation. This was complete with a throw down item furnished by Ruland. Ruland and Gomez are now married and doing well at Abercia's office. Fowler met with a convenient heart attack and died after he contacted me. I have pics and video of what I am telling you but from Gov Perry down to the DA they do not care. Cops are very dirty and the system is very corrupt. Do not ever be in the dark enough to think this stuff is not real. My life was ruined, I lost my peace officer lic after Ruland falsified state documents and after proving this to Timothy Braaten at Tcleose with documents showing proof Braaten told me it did not matter what proof I had he was going with Jack's recommendation. All I  have left is the horror and thhe constant memory of what doing the right thing will get you in this country. If you think this is BS you are welcome to examine all documents and pictures and depositions where Abercia admits to wrong doing but the county attorney only defended him and nothing more.
