We have been trying to get repairs done on our pick-up that was vandalized nearly a week ago. They will only abide by "the companies that they send you to", of which they have contracted with.  If you try and take it to a reputable company that you trust they will only pay a certain amount, which is a very unreasonable and understated quote.  You can go where you want, but they pay next to nothing.

Right now we are going to have to pay quite a bit out of pocket plus a lot per day on the rent car.  My husband is handicap and cannot fit in the vehicle they will pay for.  We have wasted so much time leaving messages for the claims adjuster because they don't return calls the same day or wait until the end of their day so you loose another day.  We complained to our independent agent and a supervisor called immediately and said they would return call first thing in this morning.

They have yet to call today.  We are going to have to go ahead and get it handled and then talk with our agent about changing our vehicles and homeowners policy to another more reliable carrier.  Would have sent them something direct, but unless you want to try and give them business or discuss a claim on line I could not find anyone to direct a e-mail to.  Reading other complaints on line I see we are not alone. The only thing you see on their website is happy customers..
