Thank God for honest,competent,professional and decent people who prize integrity. My problem with Hartford has been resolved. This was due largely by the intervention of a gentleman named TOM, to whom I am very grateful and appreciative for listening and acting, and for COLLEEN who took the time to do the research and get to the right person. These two individuals have restored my respect and faith in big business and I will be eternally grateful. THANKS AND GOD BLESS for making the extra effort to amicably resolve this situation

Hartdord and Keenan Autor Repair on Baltimore Pike are in cahoots, they have the consumer between a rock and a hard place with ridiculous charges, with both alledging that its at the others behest. A "betterment" charge of $308.00 was added to my deductible alledgely by Hartford, they also alledge that it is written into a policy that prior to May 10th,2003 had not arrived nor had I seen it. Nevertheless Keenan has refused to release my car with me providing the deductible $200.00, Mr Hudson the weasel states that they must collect the money or no car. I asked the weasel if they dont have anything to do with this charge why not let the attorney work it out, again he refused to contact them or remedy the problem. I'm between a rock and a hard place because I'm being squeezed by the Hartford and Keenan, no money for the "betterment" which I had nothing to do with nor was I even informed of this alledged improvement to my car. Is the consumer responsible for not be able to find a part for a car, in addition Keenan alledges that they put a 2003 Jeep part on my 1997 Jeep, I thought they stop making jeep cherokees in 2001 so where did the cherokee part come from in 2003. They are all nothing more than RIP-OFF artist something bad should happen to these crooks.
