I was ripped by www.hbcard.com for $1000.00 they did not credit the payment I sent in to my account I sent in a copy of the cleard cashiers check
I sent in a payment to pay off my credit card. I sent in $1000.00 ($667.00 to apply to my account to pay it off and $350.00 so I could have extra to make a purchase) I was looking for the protection that you get while paying for items with a credit card. Who knew that I would need protection from www.hbcard.com? I have called everyday since 1/25/2002 sometimes calling 4 times a day. I have sent in several letter and several emails to try to get my $1,000.00 credited to my account; to no avail. They say it will take 30 days to fix the problem thity days from when. I sent in three dispute letters via priorty mail and at least 30 email via the website. Still no luck. HELP
