i ORDERED A TRIAL OF THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM AND HEARD MUCH THE SAME AS THE REST OF YOU ABOUT THE CHALLENGE.  i didn't HEAR THAT THE REQUEST TO STOP THIS PRODUCT HAD TO BE MADE BY THE 15TH DAY FROM THE ORDER DATE.  i CALLED THEM BECAUSE i HADN'T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT IN A WEEK.  tHE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP DIDN'T TELL ME THEN EITHER THAT THE CANCELLATION MUST BE MADE 15 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE.  i GOT IT FOUR DAYS AGO AND TRIED TO CANCEL IT TODAY BECAUSE A $90.90 CHARGE APPEARED ON MY BANK ACCOUNT.  

 

WHEN i ASKED THEM TO REFUND THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT  SUSAN (CUSTOMER SERVICE REP) TOLD ME "I CAN'T DO THAT YOU DIDN'T CANCEL IN TIME.  BY THE WAY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A THIRD PARTY SERVICE.

i FOUND THAT OUT BECAUSE I TOLD HER I WANTED TO HEAR THE TAPE OF THE CONVERSATION WITH THE PERSON I ORIGANALLY PLACED THE ORDER FOR THE TRIAL WITH.  SUSAN REALLY GOT NASTY AND TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE TAPES - SHE WOULDN'T GIVE ME A NUMBER TO CONTACT HCAPOWER - AND I CAN'T RETURN THE SHIPMENT THAT SUPPOSEDLY SHIPPED TODAY.   I CAN'T RETURN IT ACCORDING TO HER. SHE SAIDY "YOU CAN'T RETURN IT, IT'S YOURS TO KEEP" and then hung up on me.

stay AWAY from this company they are unscrupulous shysters preying on consumers.  

they are just racketeers.  They just want you to be suckered in by a trial and promise you'll be paid for the pounds lbs you lose in their challenge.  All  the while just hovering over the minutes until they can charge your account around a 100 bucks.

 YOU ordered the product AND paid for it. YOU are the responsible party in cancelling the membership program. YOU did not do this so they charged you the previously agreed upon price. Dont you people EVER read??? You do this to yourselves and then run to a site like RoR just so someone can TELL YOU that it was YOUR FAULT!!!! Stop playing the victim. Yes it sucks. Yes its not "fair". But it is what it is. YOU DID NOT CANCEL IN THE TIMEFRAME ALLOWED!! NOW you wish to get your money back by using social blackmail. It wont work. THIS WAS YOUR FAULT!! The sooner you realize this FACT, the happier you will be.

Maybe instead of sitting on your rump and ordering weight loss products, that energy could be put to ACTUALLY working out. Or just step away from the food.
