after contacting the bbb, dateline and 20/20 i was issued a full refund. i don't know why they would not issue me a refund when i called them 3 days after i received the packet but my complaint was finally satisfied today 7/12/04. healthcare advantage has refunded me my monies in full and are no longer allowed to charge me for their services. i am finished with healthcare advantage. transaction complete and i am a satisfied consumer.
