Scam - billing done by one company, phone answered by a person not able to speak English fluently, given email address to write to for documentation of LEGAL, no acknowledgement, my credit card charged within 3 days, link sent me by
[email protected] which mail was undeliverable...Add me to the horrow stories about this scam !
SCAM ! - New Healthy Savings.com freemusicoutlet.com - billed by SGADA.COM 800-370-5012 - for LEGAL downloads of music, movies, games, for $1 per month - (they bill your credit card for 4 years $48 up front)When my credit card statement showed $48,I was puzzled because of the SGADA identification and I called the number shown and had to leave a voice msg...the call was returned by a man explaining they do the billing for a company
known as New Healthy Savings.com who offer downloads of music, etc...and gave me a number to call 646-4958107, which was answered by Nicosia (which BTW is the name shown on the statement, followed by CYP (Cyprus?) she didn't speak English very fluently, and hard to understand - and when I questioned about documentation I wanted that would be guaranteeing that this was indeed considered legal by the "powers that be" meaning I didn't want to do anything illegal, she told me to email [email protected], and they'd send me the documentation, which I did and no acknowledgement of my request.
I checked back through my email to see what source had led me to this link originally and found [email protected] and I sent the same request
to that email address and the email was returned to me....So, there's a lot of people involved in running this scam - making one realize once more to mistrust websites of this nature....I didn't think I would make this mistake as I was reluctant to trust in the first place, but I get so many of these in my daily email, and this seemed to be legtimate; wish I had known of your website, Ripoff.com, and I would have checked it out
first and foremost, before they ever got my name, etc.,
I've had to change my credit card # now and here at Christmas time, I have to wait to get a new card for my purchases....has upset my bookkeeping on automatic charges as well....So, add me to your horror stories you already have on this company - and maybe someone else will be spared this ordeal....I should have known better! I am protesting the charge with my credit card company, filing a report, and will let everyone know on my email list that this is a scam!!! Thank you!
