Once again, I'm not going back and forth, first of all, we never agreed to transport anything across state lines without authority. I know the federal guidelines well. The check you are referring to was for us to load your truck up for you, we didnot agree on anything. I am sorry that things did not work out for you, well next time do it your self. I'm sure that check you wrote bounced. You have to prove theft and fraud, I can prove that other people was in and out of that storage unit because we have pictures from the facility, and I have talked with the Fishers Police Department about this situation. I have nothing too hide because we did nothing wrong but tried too work with this person. Again, we provide references, and I can prove that the only times we been to that storage facility, is when we moved this customer from Carmel to storage and loaded the truck up for her when her daughter was present, again its on camera. We can't please everyone but Lord knows we try.

Mr. Chandler;
Please take me to court! I welcome the opportunity to present my questions to you under oath. I have asked you for the name of your attorney, the name of your insurance company, the name of your bonding company, yet you have failed to respond. I asked you how you intended to pay me back the $500 advance you were paid, or how you intended to compensate me for my damaged goods, and you have failed to respond. I have a cancelled check that you cashed, so your attestation of that being the reason you failed to deliver my goods is a factual lie. And the reason I asked to compensate you with 1/4 of the total cost by check was to insure that should I find damaged items after your departure, I would have verifiable proof that a business transaction had taken place. Again, I did this previously with you, but yet this time, you made it into a big issue. Why is that? I believe the truth is you never had any intention of delivering my property because then I would have known that items were stolen. What you are obviously too incompetent to know is that when you stated to me that you took my property from Indiana to Ohio and back, then stole from me, you committed interstate theft and fraud, which are federal crimes. Unless you want to retract your statements? So yes, please have your attorney contact me, let's go to court and finish this.

Our attorney is contacting everyone who is putting out these negative complaints. There are 2 sides to every story, but i can't help the fact that because consumers wants to pay by personal check, and that because we do not accept them they would go to these extremes. We took inventory of all the furniture we moved and customer signed. No items were missing, and nothing was damaged by us.
