Heritage Warranty / National Administative Solutions Still no payment on Refund Guarantee for Warranty Contract on RV Dublin Ohio
In March of 2004 we purchased a 5th Wheel trailer and were offered a warranty that would cover all the major appliances during the 4 year duration of the contract. We decided that since we would get the entire policy price back if we did not use this service it would be a great idea since to replace a refrigerator was anywhere between $1200 & $2000. Well to say the least the 4 year time period has come and gone, no claims were processed against it so we turned in all the required paperwork to receive our refund.
Since that time we we have received a letter dated 5/2/08 stating that our refund check should arrive to us in 6-8 weeks from the date of that letter. We have called minimum of weekly since that time period was up and are still being told that they don't know when the funds will be released. We have gone so far as to ask for a contact phone number for the "insurance carrier" they say they are waiting on but are told they have no contact information. My husband has spoken to a supervisor "Kevin Parrish", his assistant Gordon and I have even emailed their attorney Peter Knolla (listed as principal contact by the BBB). No further information out of any of them. As a matter of fact Mr Knolla has not bothered to return the email or call us back.
I have since contacted the insurance commision and the BBB to file complaints. Should you be offered a warranty contract PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will rip you off!!!
