Heritage Web Design deceptive, when you call they just send around and around to many different people, no one that answer you. Utah
Use this message as a warning beacon. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT use heritage web design.
Heritage Web design might have been a great company to become a forutne 500 company but those days are long gone.
The company employs people that work in their home, out of country, or part time. Did you ever try to explain a web design to a person that cannot speak correct english and does not understand the techincal aspects of web pages. I almost went crazy and I wasted 3 days of this until I finally got another person to work on the updates with me.
It has taken 3 and I repeat 3 weeks for anything or anyone who knows anything to respond to me. I have talked and talked to many people...All they do is connect you to someone else and you have to say everything over again. You can never and I mean never talk to anyone in charge.
The company is in such a hurry to sign you up and then they will not and I mean will not talk with you. In fact they just hang up after you have been waiting 20 minutes or so to talk with them.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
Just in the past month 3 people that were ok have left the company. Sounds like the company is going down.

Heritage values all of its clients, especially those with concerns or complaints. It is in our best interest to work with customers who have complaints in order to reach a reasonable and fair resolution and establish a long term business relationship. In most cases Heritage goes beyond what is fair for the company and errs on the side of the displeased client. There is no such thing as a complaint free company. Research any large company and you will find they have complaints posted about them on the internet, whether justified or not. There are simply a handful of individuals who, regardless of the merits of the issues, post slanderous and/or negative comments. Let me assure all who read this that those few who complain are less than 1% of our total volume of business. Heritage has been able to satisfy every complaint posted, given that customer gives us the opportunity to do so.
