Her Room. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH HERROOM.COMI purchased a $35 BRA (ON SALE). It arrived and was the wrong size (I know this because I had purchased two others in same size, style and brand) and band size was 1-1/2 inches smaller... Offered inADEQUATE REFUND. Internet

I purchased a $35 BRA (ON SALE). It arrived and was the wrong size (I know this because I had purchased two others in same size, style and brand) and band size was 1-1/2 inches smaller... They are giving me a refund of GET THIS... $9.00
REASON? because the $20 coupon (which I earned by spending $100 with them) was already applied to the purchase. They were adamant they would not apply this coupon to another purchase - nor refund the full price...
I will never .. NEVER buy from them again. If anyone wants to know more of the details. I will gladly tell you. There are plenty of other stores out there with FAIR return policies.
